An advocacy organization with a focus on foreign affairs and its national HQ in Washington, DC is looking to engage a Creative Services Operations Coordinator in a full-time, temporary role that will start in September and continue for at least seven months, through March 2025. There is a good chance the role will be extended beyond March and there is a possibility the person chosen for it will eventually be offered a staff position.
This hybrid position will offer a guaranteed weekly wage plus an overtime differential. The organization offers employees the opportunity to work from home two days each week, on Wednesdays and Fridays.
BRIEF SUMMARY:
The hiring organization is seeking a meticulous and organized individual to assist the Creative Operations Director with the day-to-day operations surrounding content creation. The person in this role will assist with coordinating evolving content requests to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing Smartsheet as the primary project management tool and collaborating with various teams to ensure strong communication and delivery of creative assets.
